Anthony Freeman has spent much of his life living and working in the Middle East and Africa. His passion for portraiture has led him to win numerous awards, including the prestigious ‘Judges Choice Award’ at the Dubai International Art Festival.

Anthony continues to take on bespoke commissions and has brought to life many famous faces with his use of bright, abstract colours. His portfolio includes political figures, sporting greats, such as Grand Prix champion Lewis Hamilton, long distance running legend Haile Gebrselassie, tennis champion Roger Federer and golfer Rory McIlroy.

Regular visits to South Africa are a constant source of inspiration. Anthony’s love of nature and wildlife is reflected in a series of artworks focussing upon endangered animals, which he hopes will aid awareness and conservation. To this end, he has donated several artworks to wildlife causes. An exciting extension to this is his ‘Forever Wild’ clothing range. Africa’s most amazing creatures, with a compelling message.
